Growing up in North West Pennsylvania the winters are long and cold, where hard work is simply a way of life. I operate Bella Signature Homes (BSH) with the very work ethic instilled within me as a young man. Together with a crew, I built two log homes, stepping back each day in awe of the accomplishment, I knew then that this was my passion and would become my future. Shortly thereafter, I moved to Virginia and for the past twenty plus years I am proud to say I have been part of the building industry in and around the Charlottesville area.
Together with a Class “A” License, I am also a Certified Electrician and Plumber giving BSH the ability to better serve our clients by eliminating the need for sub contractors. In addition I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent, which has proven to be an asset to our clients as well. As the Owner of BSH, I have enjoyed such projects as, numerous custom homes, spec homes and countless remodeling projects from kitchens and baths to complete structural restorations from the foundation to the roof!
